“…🚨 300MW Kilmarnock BESS Project Update We’re excited to share a key milestone at our Kilmarnock site: the final MVPS deliveries from Wärtsilä Energy have arrived, bringing to a close four months of intensive equipment shipments that began back in mid-November. This phase also included the successful delivery of control, switchgear and LV rooms from B&S Group Ltd —another big step forward for the project.

A huge congratulations and thank you to everyone who has played a part so far, and to those continuing to drive progress on-site. Your dedication and teamwork have been vital. With cold commissioning now well underway and hot commissioning kicking off in May, the site is as active as ever as we work to maintain the high standards set throughout this build. Let’s keep the momentum going! ⚡ “
