At B&S, our in-house metal processing capability includes state of the art sheet metal processes including:

• Folding
• Forming
• Fabrication

Our facility can produce elements such as ventilation grilles, tapped holes, nut inserts, knock-outs, stand-off mounts, component slots, fuse and racking mounts, cable inlets and outlets to name a few features. 

Powder Coating

Most metal products applied with a powder coating finish. B&S has an approved in-house systems cable of finishes up to the highest C5 marine standard. Our customers can be assured that our powder coating offers durability in the harshest environments for many years.

The robotic and manual systems in our paint plant utilise the GEMA Optiflex application guns featuring the Super Corona technology. This improves the penetration of powder into corners making them particularly suited to the manufacture of cabinets. B&S can also offer sheet metal coating only services if required.
